The Lagos State Government has issued another traffic advisory and road closure for the All Progressives Congress march on Wednesday (today).

The Commissioner for Transportation, Frederic Oladeinde, issued an advisory on Tuesday.

The advisory is coming barely a week the ruling party held its presidential rally at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, on Saturday.

The traffic diversion, according to Oladehinde, is to allow the APC presidential and gubernatorial campaign team go on a walk.

The walk which is tagged: ‘Ring out the Vote’, would begin from the Trade Fair to Iyana-Iba, along Lagos-Badagry Expressway from 7:00am.

Oladeinde urged Lagos residents to plan their movement around the corridor as travel time might drag more than expected.

Motorists using Lagos Badagry Expressway were advised to connect Iyana-Iba from Abule-Ado.

They are to pass through the Main Carriageway and continue on the Service Lane from LASU Gate to their destinations.

The commissioner, however, assured that Lagos State Traffic Management Authority personnel had been deployed for traffic management in the corridor
