The Jubilee Agenda, according to Ogboru, a.k.a. the “people’s general,” is a sustainable development strategy in the areas of health, education, rural development, and favorable environment. He said that the problems must be a thing of the past.

He noted that although there was a problem in the state and there is an urgent need for action to correct it.

He said, “We want equal opportunities for all LGAs for development. Now going forward, N2 million will be given monthly to every local government for development purposes. If there is development from the grassroots, there will be money in circulation for development.

“We have seen the plight of the youth. It is important development takes place simultaneously. There would no more mud houses in Delta, they will be destroyed and rebuilt under the rural development agenda.”

The chairman of the state party, Elder Enemokwu Afamefune, stated that it was essential for all hands to be on deck in order to successfully navigate the entire state and fulfill the anticipation of entering the Governor’s Mansion in 2023.

“We therefore need cohesion, open mind and heart with all hands stretched out to welcome more people willing to join us genuinely, to move from minority to majority as that is the only way we can win the election. The observed level of acrimony us is capable of derailing us from our collective focus,” he stated.

Also, Chairman of the Jubilee Campaign Organization, Prince Emmanuel Okotie-Eboh, pledged in his acceptance speech to fulfill the obligation by working with all council members and party supporters to ensure that all of their candidates receive votes in the 2023 elections.
