Badaru reassured the public that he and the minister of state could not betray the trust bestowed upon them by President Bola Tinubu.

According to him, there would be significant improvements in the country’s security condition within a year.

He assured Tinubu, who, like other Nigerians, is eager to secure the country’s security, that he and Matawalle will do everything in their power to fulfil Tinubu’s mission.

Matawalle, for his part, promised that the Ministry of Defence will make every effort to create a formidable defence structure that could deal with any danger.
