A member of the House of Representatives representing Jere Federal Constituency, Borno State, Satomi Ahmad, has expressed optimism in the President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, team in delivering his mandate to Nigerians.
Leadership reported that Satomi, while commending the appointment of Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila as Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, he also expressed confidence that the Tinubu team will deliver Nigeria from years of mismanagement.
He, therefore, urged Nigerians to give the government the needed support.
Recall that, Gbajabiamila was appointed to the office of the CoS on Friday and will assume office on June 14, after the expiration of his tenure as a legislator and as the 9th Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Ahmad said Nigeria needed intellectuals to help the President move the nation forward.
The legislator said “Gbajabiamila has the competence and capacity to help the Tinubu’s administration, his tenure as the speaker of the House of Representatives is one of the most successful and united in the history of the National Assembly.”
