Premium Politics reported that Buhari and his entourage left Nigeria on Monday and landed at Prince Mohammed Bin Abdullaziz International Airport Madinah at about 17:00 p.m. local time.

While in Madinah, the president will do the five daily prayers and Taraweeh prayer at the Masjid Nabawi before traveling for Makkah via Jeddah late Wednesday for the shorter pilgrimage.

Recall that the President’s spokesman, Malam Garba Shehu disclosed on Monday in a statement that this year’s formal visit from April 11 to 19 would be Buhari’s final journey to the Kingdom as President.
