Tribunal: PDP confident of victory in Abia

The Ebonyi State Governor has confirmed the appointment of Prof. Emmanuel Echiegu as his Chief of Staff.

Also, the state governor has appointed Chief Mathias Adum as Principal Secretary together with 22 other senior special assistants.

This was made known on Monday through a statement signed and made available to newsmen by the Chief Press secretary Monday Uzor.

The newly appointed officials will be inaugurated at the new government house in Abakaliki, centenary city, on Tuesday.

Others to be inaugurated include Timothy Nwachi as Deputy Chief of Staff and Okey Oroke as Deputy Principal Secretary to the Governor.

Those on the list of senior special assistants include Chinedu Awo as SSA on Power, Anthony Onyibe Nwegede as SSA on Agriculture, Benjamin Ezeoma as SSA on Lands, Friday Nwuhuo as SSA on Legal Services, Onu Nwonye as SSA on Water Resources and Lilian Nwachukwu Chinwe as SSA on Education.

Also, Nwozaka Abel Uzodinma was appointed as SSA on Rice Mill, Nwogbaga Fred as SSA on Transport, Nwogha Paul as SSA on LG and Chieftaincy, Nwoga Paul as SSA on Library Development, Nwokoro Okechukwu as SSA on Environment, Maxwell Umahi as SSA on Urban Development, Veronica Ikele as SSA on Women Mobilization.

Then, Chima Ude Umanta will serve as SSA on Solid Mineral Development, Ali Okechukwu- SSA on House of Assembly Liaison, Nwiboko Chukwuma- SSA on Project Monitoring, and Peter Nwogbaga- SSA on Primary Education.

Others appointed include Emmanuel Nnaemeka as PA to Deputy Governor, Friday Nwekpa as SA on Security Ishielu and Nwali Amechi Friday as SA on Finance.
