The chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Kaduna State, Felix Hassan Hyat, has urged Labour Party members to band together to help the state escape the current predicament brought on by the APC’s eight-year rule.
In Kaduna, the chairman revealed this to press while pleading for LP members to preserve the state.
Hyat also criticized the conduct and results of the presidential election on Saturday.
He acknowledged that it fell short of what Nigerians and the PDP had hoped for, but he was grateful for the outpouring of support for their candidates and party in the state.
He continued by saying that the election’s outcome in the state was a proof that its citizens had decided against the APC and were now behind the PDP.
However, he urged state citizens to back the PDP in the state’s March 11 governorship election.
