The Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ogun State in the March 18 elections, Ladi Adebutu, has led a protest to the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission in the state.
The PDP polled a total of 262,383 votes coming second behind the candidate of the All Progressive Congress, the incumbent Governor of the state, Dapo Abiodun, who polled 276,298 votes.
Apparently, the protest is a demonstration of their dissatisfaction with the results as announced by INEC on Monday.
In a video trending on social media, the PDP protesters were seen behind Adebutu chanting, “We No Go Gree O! We No Go Gree!”
