The Director of New Media of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council, Femi Fani-Kayode, has urged the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, to do Nigeria a favor by leaving and never come back.
The former Aviation Minister said this in reaction to Obi’s outcry earlier in the week, where he said that he was under pressure to leave the country.
Obi, had on Wednesday, in a tweet, accused the APC and some government agencies of trying to divert the country’s attention from the infractions that marred the just concluded polls.
The former Anambra state governor made this statement while reacting to the alleged leaked audio conversation between him and the Founder and Presiding Bishop of the Living Faith Church, David Oyedepo, prior to the presidential election.
Obi wrote, “These have come and continued to manifest in different ways, such as the malicious accusation of the Minister of Information, Mr Lai Mohammed, the circulation of a fake doctored audio call, and a pressure on me to leave the country.”
Reacting to the tweet on Thursday, Fani-Kayode said Obi should please do us all (Nigerians) a big favour and go.
