Ahead of the 2023 presidential election, Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, has denied the rumours which alleged that he has dumped the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu.

Bello, through a Facebook post on Sunday morning reiterated his support for Tinubu and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima.

“My unwavering support for Tinubu/Shettima 2023 is 100% undiluted. God bless APC!!! God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” he said.

He stated this in light of the speculations which alleged that he has dumped the presidential campaign train of Tinubu.

According to the report, the National Youth Coordinator of the Tinubu-Shettima Presidential Campaign Council may have been influenced by the dynamics in the North-Central state in advance of the governorship race in November.
