When asked to react to the fact that over 75,000 Nigerians are currently studying in Ghana, the Benin Republic and Egypt, the Minister of Education revealed that there is nothing bad with this.

According to him, it is not wrong for Nigerians to seek education outside the country, however, he called on Nigerians Universities to do more to attract foreign students so that the nation can earn more in terms of revenue.

“It is not a bad reputation, the only thing that we can say is that our universities should try and attract students so that instead of money going out, we will have money coming in” he stated.
