A former Presidential Aide and Best Selling Author, Reno Omokri has blasted the 2023 Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, and the Governorship candidate of the party in Lagos State, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, for keeping mute on Mohbad’s death.

While berating the two political figures for their actions via his X handle on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, alleged that if a dog had given birth to puppies before the last elections, they would have gone there with prominent Obisients to celebrate with the dog.

According to him, the LP candidates went to Akere Spare Parts Market and donated money for the victims of a fire incident in the market.

He also asked if GRV did not visit hospitals, or go to churches to shake hands and smile, noting that both of them are nowhere to be found when Mohbad needs them.

The former Presidential Aide has been very vocal like some other Nigerians who have been demanding for Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Imole Aloba, well known as Mohbad, who died in what people described as a strange circumstance, last week Tuesday.

Reacting to Obi and Rhodes-Vivour’s silence, Omokri tweeted: “No matter what you say about Governor Sanwoolu, at least he is working with the Lagos State Police Command to get justice for MohBad. His office and staff are facilitating the investigation.

“Where is Gbadebo Rhodes Vivor in all of these? If a dog had given birth to puppies during the campaign period, GRV and Peter Obi would have gone there with prominent Obidients to celebrate with the dog.

“Did they not visit Akere Spare Parts Market and donate money to victims? Did GRV not visit hospitals? Did he not go to churches to shake hands and smile? But now that Mohbad needs them, where are they? Election na your mate?

“#TableShaker.”

He however commended Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, for facilitating an investigation into Mohbad’s death, asking where Rhodes-Vivour and Obi were in what the governor was doing.
