The presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the forthcoming election has promised to restore the past glory of the Nigeria military.

Obi made the promise while speaking at the Chatham House in London on Monday, January 16, 2023.

Obi who was in Chatham House to answer questions on how his government will tackle all the problems facing the country if he wins in the coming election said, ” Our military was the one securing the whole of Africa before now and we are going to bring that back.”

Obi explained that no challenge Nigeria is facing the country that is too big for us to tackle if we really what to.

He therefore promised to block every loopholes making it impossible for us to maintain a healthy security network, across the country when he becomes the President.
