PDP presidential campaign hits Borno Wednesday

The Peoples Democratic Party has declared that its rally for the 2023 presidential election would take place in Maiduguri, the capital of Borno state, on November 9th.

This information was released in a statement that the director general of the PDP presidential campaign organization, Governor Aminu Tambuwal, signed.

The venue for the presidential rally will be Ramat Square in Maiduguri on Wednesday at noon.

Tambuwal invited all elected officials and party members to attend and work with the party’s presidential nominee to rebuild the country.

He said, “This is to cordially invite all elected PDP Governors, Members of PDP National Working Committee, National Assembly Members, PDP NEC Members, Members of PDP Board of Trustees, State Chapters, Former Governors, Former Ministers, PDP Candidates, and Stakeholders to the Borno State Presidential Campaign Rally.”

Additionally, the Party’s presidential candidate, H.E. Atiku Abubakar, is scheduled to interact with pertinent Borno stakeholders today during a town hall gathering.
