The President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has allegedly held a peace meeting with the presidential candidate of the New Nigerian People’s Party, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso.

Reports revealed that the two political giants, met for hours in Paris, the capital city of France, on Monday.

According to reports, the incoming president proposed a political alliance with the Kano politician, for a smooth political relationship between them.

However, he also asked the former Kano governor, to prepare his party leadership for the new development, while planning to hold more meetings, concerning the matter.

Kwankwaso, who has wide political supporters in Kano, won the state, believed to be the All Progressives Congress’ stronghold, and subsequently became fourth, with a score of 1, 496, 687 votes, in the last presidential election.
