The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), on Tuesday, shunned the sit-at-home order declared by the Indigenous People of Biafra as he visited Imo State.
PUNCH Metro reported that IPOB had declared the sit-at-home order in support of its embattled leader, Nnamdi Kanu, who would be appearing in court today, in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
It was gathered that Buhari was invited by the Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma to commission some projects in the State.
Buhari is expected to inaugurate the Owerri to Onu road and other projects. He is also expected to visit stakeholders at the State House.
