Adamawa State governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, received the ambassador of the Philippines, Rodrico Atienza in his Office in Yola, Adamawa State Capital on Monday.

Governor Fintiri disclosed this through a post on the official Twitter handle of the Peoples Democratic Party, on Monday, August 7, 2023.

 

According to him, the ambassador was hosted alongside the Director General of AFIDFF, Mrs Malaime Mangzha, to explore the Sukur Kingdom in the State.

 

The governor however stated that the visit marks twenty years of diplomatic envoy, to explore the remarkable Sukur Kingdom in the State.

 

He further explained that he advocated for increased support for the preservation and growth of Nigeria’s first world heritage site, in the state.
