While many think that Bola Tinubu was sick and had travelled for medical attention as well as rest from the stress of elections, a video on social media showed the President-elect dining with some top politicians in France.

In a report by PMnews, the president-elect was on Saturday having the Iftar Kareem with Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos; Wale Edun, Nuhu Ribadu, among others.

The video was uploaded on the Twitter handle of the President-elect.

The director of media and publicity of All Progressives Congress presidential campaign council, Adebayo Onanuga further posted the video on his Instagram page.

He captioned the video “Iftar time with President-elect Bola Tinubu.”

It is believed that his travel to France will accord him time to rest, think as well as meet with seasoned investors with the view to returning to the country ready to face the challenges associated with the seat starting from May 29.
