Renowned singer and prominent advocate for social causes, Charles Oputa, commonly known as Charly Boy, has publicly announced his intention to engage in a provocative act of public nudity should the Labour Party candidate, Peter Obi, be declared the winner of the presidential election on February 25, as determined by the election petitions tribunal.

The election results were officially declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission, with Bola Tinubu emerging as the victor. Following his electoral success, he was duly inaugurated as the President.

The Labour Party and its candidate subsequently initiated legal proceedings in order to contest the electoral success of Tinubu.

Charly Boy, who posted on Twitter on Wednesday, claimed he would disrobe to celebrate if the panel declared Obi the winner.

He wrote, “When Tribunal announce say Peter Obi don win even before the case reach Supreme Court, wetin you go do dat day?

“For me, I go naked waka from one end of Bodillon to Falomo [sic].
