The governor said this while congratulating APC for emerging victorious at the court on Wednesday.

He said, “Congratulations to our great party, the APC. It is now time for more service to the people without distractions because Nigerians deserve good governance”.

He described the over 10 hours verdict of the five-man panel of the PEPC, led by Hon. Justice Haruna Tsammani held in Abuja, as sound and unprecedented, according to Nigerian Tribune.

He also said that it is not only a victory for the APC but for Democracy in Nigeria and other African Nations.

He appealed to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Vice, Kashim Shetima to be magnanimous in victory, and remain focused on actualising the “Renewed Hope” agender of the present administration.

The governor also recognized the victory of the Niger North legislator, Senator Abubakar Sani Bello whose election was upheld at the Tribunal recently.
