A tweet by the Presidential Candidate of the African Action Congress, Omoyele Sowore, condemning the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, for sleeping during a meeting has continued to draw the reactions of social media users.

Sowore had on Friday evening through his official Twitter account berated Tinubu for sleeping during a meeting of party leaders and presidential candidates which was organized by the National peace committee in Abuja.

“We just returned from a meeting of party leaders/Presidential candidates with the national peace committee in Abuja, the Presidential candidate of The ⁦@OfficialAPCNg⁩ ⁦@officialABAT⁩ slept through the meeting, he didn’t say a word. His party chair spoke on his behalf”, he tweeted.

The statement has continued to drawn various response on Twitter, below are some selected reactions.

@Zeedapperson, tweeted, “The only thing he knows how to do is say jargons, dance and sleep”.

A nation battling so many challenges caused by the outgoing govt!”.

@DaveTorty, tweeted, “This is disturbing and very sad that this sick Man is been used by some individuals for their selfish interest. Sad that his wife and children abandoned him too at this time of need. He needs to be taking care of.”

@Brotherbarth, tweeted,”Is anything wrong in sleeping again. I doubt if at hid age you can keep alert as much as he does now. I think the only problem is that he’s sleeping at the wrong place”.
