Popular scholar and Director of the Abuja School of Social and Political Thoughts, Dr Sam Amadi has thrown his weight behind the election petition filed by Peter Obi of the Labour Party, at the tribunal saying it has main point he has been emphasizing.

Amadi argued that Obi’s petition at the election tribunal contained the main point he had been making, stating that the election was might be invalid due to INEC failure to transmit results electronically direct from polling units.

The scholar made this disclosure in a post via his verified Twitter handle on Tuesday.

He maintained that only those who don’t understand what administrative law is all about would contest his argument..

He wrote, “The @PeterObi petition has the main point I have been making. The February 25 election is probably invalid for failure to ELECTRONICALLY transmit results direct from PUs. By Clause 38 & S. 60, 64 EA, it is mandatory.

“Anyone who disagrees doesn’t understand Administrative Law.”
